Film Guide & Breakdown

Highlight and Teaser Film

Highlight film is a cinematic film that varies between 4-6 minutes and is packed with all the high points of your wedding day. It is orchestrated together with music to enhance the emotions. It is meant to take you back to that journey.

The length of the film heavily depends on what the wedding day looks like. It is important that the Highlight film flows and carries a strong visual story all the way through.

Teaser film is a short cinematic form that is <1 minute. As the name suggest, it is a taster to summarize the day. This is delivered much earlier than the rest of the deliverables.

Extended Edit, Ceremony, and Speeches

Perhaps the highlight film is not enough for you. There is so much that goes on during the day that you may miss. After a full day of filming, we come back with hundreds of gigabytes of footage. It goes without saying that we cannot use all the footage in a highlight film since it’s meant to contain only the best and most aesthetic moments.

This is where the Extended Edit comes in. This means your day is edited chronologically in a longer form. Minimal music and more sound from the day.

You can also request full length of any special performances, first dances, etc. This can be made it’s own separate film.

The Raw Sashimi Footage is named because of what hundreds of footage look like when imported into the editing software. We will sort out all the clips that are non-usable (the accidental recordings and shaky footage). You will receive one long video file with all the clips right after the next. Raw means that the clips are non-color graded. And this will come with no music in the background. This is meant for the couple who want the purest and original form of these keepsakes.
